Hey beautiful thank you so much for being here. My name is Yesi and I'm a makeup artist located in Southern Utah. I do makeup for any and all types of occasions (boudoir, maternity, family photos, special events) but my main focus is bridal makeup. I have been in the wedding industry for 4 years and bridal makeup has truly become my passion. I love being a part of such an important day and I strive to make this experience memorable. I'm most known for my soft/natural glams and although I do every style of makeup soft/natural is definitely my favorite. I love using makeup to enhance your natural beauty and it's always my #1 goal to help you feel beautiful. I love asking questions and really guiding my clients through the appointment so they never leave my chair hating their makeup. I'm here for you and I hope we get the chance to meet and I get to be a part of your event.

FAQs

  • How do I book with you?

    If you are ready to book, fill out an inquiry form and I will get back to you within 24 hours. I do require a 50% non refundable retainer and a signed contract in order to reserve the date.

  • How far in advanced should I book?

    I have booked weddings anywhere from 1 month - 1 year in advanced,. I usually recommend from 6-8 months especially if your wedding is during busy season. Busy wedding season here is March-June & September-November. 

  • Do you have a booking minimum?

    Due to high demand I do have a booking minimum for weddings booked on Fridays/Saturdays. I require a $500 minimum when booking either of those two days.

  • Is a trial required in order to book you?

    I do not require a trial in order to book me for your wedding but I do recommend it. A trial will allow for us to meet and it will help me see what you're envisioning for your wedding makeup. This gives you the chance to test out different looks and also test the wear of the makeup to see if we need to make changes for the big day. 

  • How much time will my service take?

    I average 1.5 hours for the bride and 45 mins-1 hour for bridal party members or other makeup services. I always plan for extra buffer time when I send out the timeline so we avoid running behind. I also ask for inspiration pictures to better gauge time time. Some looks will take longer. 

  • Do you travel?

    I offer on site makeup services for a travel fee. The fee will be determined based on the location. If you prefer to come to me I do have a salon space in St George. I also am open to destination traveling :)

  • Do you need to bring a second artist?

    I feel comfortable doing 6 services including the bride by myself. Each service will average about an hour so  keep this in mind when making your timeline. The more services we are doing the earlier we will have to start. Bringing a second artist makes it so we can perform the same amount of services in half the amount of time.

  • What do I need to bring to my appointment?

    I provide everything from the skin prep to the foundation, lashes and lipstick. If you have a specific product you would like for me to use feel free to bring it but it is not necessary.

  • How can I prepare for my appointment?

    A good makeup application starts with a good skin care routine. I always recommend seeing your esthetician before any makeup application and they will help you get your skin to it's best. I usually recommend dermaplaning or a good hydrafacial so your skin is smooth and nice and hydrated.
